Who I am as a psychologist is deeply connected to who I am as a person.

Relational Wounds Heal in Connection
Anti-oppressive, Identity Affirming Stance
Mind-Body Integration
Empowerment & Innate Wisdom
Inner Alchemy Psychology is a space for deeper healing and transformation. I believe that many of the ways we struggle today began as ways of adapting—to family, culture, relationships, expectations, and the demands of life. Over time, these adaptations can leave us disconnected from our needs, our bodies, our relationships, and our sense of who we are.
Therapy can be a process of going deeper: understanding the patterns that shaped us, reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we have learned to suppress or leave behind, and integrating the many dimensions of our experience. Inner Alchemy is about cultivating greater self-trust, authenticity, connection, and freedom—so that you can feel more fully at home in yourself and in your life.
Beyond Insight: The Path to Integration
Many intellectually minded women arrive with years of self-analysis, yet a persistent tension remains. We explore the profound intelligence behind these defenses, moving past surface-level understanding to address root-cause psychological patterns. This process invites a deeper listening to what symptoms are trying to articulate.
True integration begins when intellectual insight meets somatic and emotional resolution. Our work fosters a nuanced self-inquiry, creating space for emotional vulnerability within a rigorous, respectful therapeutic container.

Depth psychology looks beneath immediate symptoms to engage the hidden realms of the psyche—exploring dreamwork, bodily wisdom, and unconscious patterns to foster lasting, authentic transformation.
The Unconscious Realm
Symbols & Archetypes
Somatic Integration
Uncovering forgotten memories, disowned emotions, and underlying motives that quietly govern daily choices and relational patterns.
Engaging personal mythology, active imagination, and dream metaphor to reconnect with symbolic guidance and innate selfhood.
Bridging cognitive insight with felt bodily experience, allowing emotional resolution to take root deeply within the nervous system.
Turning Toward What Longs to Be Heard
Rather than attempting to eliminate discomfort or optimize behavior, depth work treats symptoms as meaningful invitations. Anxiety, grief, and persistent life blocks often point toward aspects of ourselves waiting to be integrated into a larger, more resilient sense of being.
