Culturally-attuned, depth psychotherapy for high-achieving immigrants and adult children of immigrants — who look successful and yet feel disconnected.
You may be high-functioning and quietly unsettled at the same time — and it usually isn't solved by doing more. This is work that goes to the roots - anxiety, burnout, family legacies, relationships, meaning, and belonging, integrating Western psychology with Eastern wisdom traditions.

Depth: We don't stop at symptoms. Together, we explore the patterns, history, relationships, culture, and familial experiences that shaped how you learned to survive. Understanding why you are the way you are is the foundation for lasting change.
Integration: You may have grown up choosing connection and safety over authenticity. Healing is about bringing together what's become fragmented —mind and body, achievement and authenticity, and the cultural selves you move between. Integration is the bridge between understanding yourself and living as yourself.
Belonging: Ultimately, healing means developing a deeper sense of belonging—not just with other people, but within yourself. You grow into a life that you don't have to fracture into acceptable pieces to be loved - where you don't have to choose between who you were raised to be and who you're becoming. There is room for all of it, and all of you.
You learned how to adapt. Now it's time to learn how to thrive.

About Me
I bring 15 years of clinical experience to this work, along with a deep curiosity about the psychological complexity that shapes who we are. But my perspective isn't just clinical—it's personal. As a Chinese woman who immigrated to the United States as an adult, I know what it's like to navigate identity, family, and belonging between worlds. That journey — navigating cultural adjustment, identities, dreams and grief, immigration injustice, and sense of belonging between worlds — shapes how I see human transformation and how I show up in this work.
